Albert Kley and Paul Hahn founded the company that bears their names in 1895 in Germany. They initially produced bisque doll heads. The corporation closed in 1925, due in part to the super-inflation caused by reparations imposed on Germany after WWI. This rare doll is a Walkure, one of the many trade names used by Kley and Hahn.
