ArKIDtecture Club for Kids!

The November 24 meeting will include taking a look at the role of stained glass windows in all types of structures. The meeting will be held at Tobiason’s Stained Glass Studio, 302 South 8th Street. The afternoon will begin with a tour of the facility and a look at how stained glass windows can be repaired. After the tour, students will make a stained glass project of their own to display at home. The ArKIDtecture Club is sponsored by the St. Joseph Museums with additional funding provided by the David H. Morton Memorial Fund for the Arts and the Museum Hill Neighborhood Association. All materials and snacks are provided at each session. The fee is $8 per student or $6 for St. Joseph Museum members. Registration is required. Reservations can be made online at stjosephmuseum.org/events or by calling 816-232-8471. Parents are welcome to stay during meetings.
