The parlors of the 1879 Wyeth-Tootle Mansion provide an elegant backdrop for parties, rehearsal dinners, receptions, showers, and intimate weddings. For corporate events, the Mansion is your private setting for training sessions, holiday parties, mixers, and retreats.

Black chair covers - $2.50 per chair
Chair bands in Gold, Green and Red are available at no additional chair cost

8AM - 9PM - $100 per hour
9PM-Midnight - $150 per hour ​
Table set-up and tear down fee - $100 flat rate - Decoration and Clean-up - $40 per hour
St. Joseph Museums - 3406 Frederick Ave.
8AM - 5PM - $60 per hour
5PM - 9PM - $100 per hour
9PM - Midnight - $125 Per hour​
Theatre style seating - additional set-up fee of $50 for table set-up
