Healthy Mommy & Me Yoga

A six week class for mothers and children ages infant through five years old. Focus on mindfulness and movement using yoga as a practice. Class offered on Mondays at 10:00 am. Each class costs $10 paid to Jessica Bledsoe directly. Scholarships are available on request.
