museums and cultural institutions nationwide open their doors free of charge to Smithsonian magazine readers and Smithsonian.com visitors. A celebration of culture, learning, and the dissemination of knowledge, Smithsonian’s Museum Day reflects the spirit of the magazine, and emulates the free-admission policy of the Smithsonian Institution’s Washington, DC-based properties. Admission will be free to the public during the regular St. Joseph Museum hours of 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Wyeth-Tootle Mansion will also be free to the public during regular hours of 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Docents will be available as guests explore the 1879 Mansion and the exhibits on St. Joseph history.
